In a civilized country, where we have Smartphones that can calculate our calorie intake and online resources that provide workout videos of all kinds, 1/3 of all US citizens are obese!
Just 20-minutes of exercise a day has an impact on overall physical and emotional health. Everyone has 20-minutes. Walk during lunch. Do a "commercial" workout while watching your favorite show in the evenings. Be a role model for your children, grandchildren or nieces and nephews, because as we see below, it's not getting any better and it's not something that will simply disappear without action.
