For those who travel often, the hotel gym can get old, whether it's over crowding or limited equipment, sometimes a girl (or boy) needs options! Here are 4 online workouts that you can do anywhere (hotel not required).

barre3: You met the creator of the fitness routine and one of the online instructors, so why not try out a class or two? For a few of classes, you will need props such as a barre ball or a chair, but many workouts can be done without props and are available in 15, 30, 40 or 60-minute classes, which fit into any schedule.  You can also download the app to your iPhone or iPad for fitness accessibility on the go.
