5th Annual 30 for 30 Fitness Challenge

It's here! Genuine Joy's 5th Annual 30 for 30 -- our annual 30 day fitness challenge that we're all in together! At it's roots, 30 for 30 is the annual campaign where we do something active for 30 days strait.  It can be a walk with a girlfriend, taking an indoor cycling class or trying yoga for the first time. 

My Goal:

30 workouts, over 30 consecutive days, to look and feel 30% better.

It's really that simple.  Look, it takes a minimum of 21 days to create change and far longer to create a habit, but when there is a large group of individuals, doing it with you, it's makes finding that momentum more enjoyable. Momentum, especially with fitness, is a tough thing to get rolling, but let's face it, when others are doing it with you it keeps us accountable on days when I don't want to work out. 

So today, April 1, is the first day of 30/30. Join me.  Pull out your tennis shoes and sign up for a fitness class that you've always wanted to try.  Get moving and I promise you, in 30-days, you'll feel better, look better and be energized to keep the momentum going.
