The Year in Review - 2015

Each year seems fly by more quickly than the next, and this year was no different. Most of the year was full of great events, goals and milestones, but there are definitely a few things on which I need to regroup, re-evaluate and refocus. Photos from India

There are a lot of posts to be written about my recent trip -- the food, the people, the take-a-ways from three weeks overseas. My intentions to write daily were thwarted by interesting conversation in rickshaws, delicious home cooked meals and working with a purpose each and every day.  By the end of the 14-hour days, I was happily exhausted. Today's post is a simple photo driven look at the trip -- 1000+ photos taken, over 19 days, 3 cities, 6 hotels, a handful of pools and hundreds of children.

When "Not Working Out" isn't an option

TV:: Today, I was in studio with Fox 45 for a fitness related piece on tips for staying healthy and safe when exercising outside in extreme heat.  Many of them are "common sense" suggestions, but they are a good reminder and simple ways to stay safe in the heat.
