Lessons learned from 30-Days of Fitness

This was the year I wrote the least. Of course, I can make up excuses as to why -- more clients, more fitness, etc., but the fact is, I just didn't make time.  I've been doing the challenge for 5 years now and over the course of 5 years, it's just "what I do" -- it's a part of my day.
