  • Rest assured, what happens in group coaching stays in group coaching - your privacy and trust are sacred to us. Everyone who participates also signs a confidentiality agreement before the first session.

  • The duration of coaching programs is entirely up to you. When you feel you've achieved your goals or reached a point where you're ready to move forward independently, it's time to conclude. Coaching is a self-directed journey, and you have the autonomy to determine when it feels right to end.

  • If life gets busy and you miss a session, don't worry! Each group cohort has a dedicated WhatsApp chat group where we stay connected and support each other with regular check-ins

  • Hit the “Book Your Discovery Call” button to schedule a time to chat at your convenience. There will be a short intake form to fill out beforehand. On the call, we’ll chat through your needs and see if we’re a good fit.

  • Between our heart-to-heart sessions, you'll have access to online resources, encouragement, and a friendly ear whenever you need it. I understand that the path to self-discovery doesn't just happen during scheduled sessions. So, I offer unlimited text and email support, ensuring you have a compassionate ear and professional guidance whenever you need it. During the day, I respond within one-hour (usually immediately, unless I'm with a client) between 8:30am-5:30pm; from 5:30-10pm I try to unplug and spend time with my 6-year-old son, but I do respond as best I can. If it's an emergency, you can always call me.

  • In 1:1 coaching, the focus is entirely on you and your unique journey. We work closely to understand your goals, challenges, preferences, and strengths. Together, we’ll co-create a personalized plan that suits your individual needs and aspirations–awareness, accountability and action. Through deep listening, powerful questioning, and compassionate guidance, 1:1 coaching provides a safe and supportive space for you to explore, grow, and achieve your fullest potential.

  • Have a burning question or facing a challenge you're eager to overcome? Don't hesitate to share! Group coaching sessions are a collaborative journey where we co-create meaningful experiences together. I've witnessed incredible 'aha' moments when the group collaborates to navigate challenges. With the collective wisdom, diverse perspectives, and rich experiences of 4-6 women, we can uncover fresh insights and innovative solutions to empower each other's growth.
